The Race-Day / Event Fuelling is a focused nutrition service designed to help athletes optimise fuelling, hydration, and recovery for training events, competitions, or race day performance. This includes personalised guidance around carbohydrate intake, hydration strategy, timing, supplementation where appropriate, and practical planning before, during, and after the event. The goal is to help clients feel confident, properly fuelled, and physically prepared to perform at their best while reducing the risk of energy crashes, recovery issues, or gastrointestinal problems on the day
